Apprenticeships Informationapprenticeships

Australian Spatial Apprenticeships are a new and exciting way to enter the spatial information industry. There are all sorts of jobs for all sorts of people in the spatial information industry. Many of those jobs require practical skills which can best be learnt by a combination of on the job training and structured learning – the type of training usually associated with traditional apprenticeships. If your learning style is hands on, then an Australian Spatial Apprenticeship might be a good way for you to start a career in this rapidly growing industry.

For employers, Australian Spatial Apprenticeships provide an opportunity to train and develop your own people. There are financial incentives for employers as well as assistance for the apprentice. And because Australian Spatial Apprenticeships are supported by a suite of qualifications within the newly endorsed Property Services Training Package 4 they also provide opportunities for Registered Training Organisations to partner with employers.

Australian Spatial Apprenticeships: a new way to get started in the spatial industry.
